For steady portfolios — covering up to 10 projects annually

GROWTH PLAN $25,000

Designed for large-scale teams or investors, including up to 20 projects annually

PREMIUM PLAN $50,000

DETAILS

All subscription plans are based on a 12-month agreement and require a 50% deposit
upfront to activate your subscription and secure your staging services. The remaining
balance will be divided into 11 equal monthly payments, which are due at the beginning of
each month for the duration of the plan.

ESSENTIALS PLAN: $5,000 due upfront + 11 payments of $454.00 every month
GROWTH PLAN: $12,500 due upfront + 11 payments of $1,136 every month
PREMIUM PLAN: $25,000 due upfront + 11 payments of $2,272 every month

Each staging project under the subscription plan is covered for a 3-month period. After this
period, any extension will be billed at $650 per month. Once the property limit included in
your plan has been reached, any additional projects will require payment in full upfront
before staging can begin. For projects requiring adjustments beyond the standard scope:
Additional Bedrooms: $375.00/bedroom Additional Living or Dining Areas: $650.00/area

All subscription plans are based on a 12-month agreement, during which the included
projects must be utilized. Unused projects do not roll over to the following year and cannot
be refunded. For clients who do not utilize all their included projects within the subscription
term, we offer the option to renew the subscription at a preferred rate or receive a credit
towards additional services in the new term. Please note that credits cannot exceed the
value of one project and must be applied within the first three months of the renewal year.

    Decor and Styling: selecting decor items and accessories that complement the design and ambiance of the property.

  • Pre-Staging Assessment: comprehensive evaluation of the property to identify areas that need improvement, reorganization, or enhancement.

    Recommendations and Planning: providing detailed recommendations, suggestions, and a strategic plan to highlight the property's best features.
