DETAILS

Our Annual Listing Support Programs are designed for agents who stage multiple properties each year and want priority access, predictable costs, and consistent design support. These programs are structured partnerships that help your listings stand out while streamlining the staging process.

ESSENTIAL: $7,500 due upfront + 3 payments of $2,500 every month
PREFERRED: $15,000 due upfront + 3 payments of $5,000 every month
ELITE: $30,000 due upfront + 3 payments of $10,000 every month

Each staging project under the program is covered for a 2 to 3 month period depending on program selected. After this period, any extension will be billed at $1,000 per month. Once the property limit included in your plan has been reached, any additional projects will require payment in full upfront before staging can begin. Projects requiring adjustments beyond the standard scope will be billed separately.

All programs are based on a 12-month agreement, during which the included projects must be utilized. Unused projects do not roll over to the following year and cannot be refunded. For clients who do not utilize all their included projects within the term, we offer the option to renew the subscription at a preferred rate or receive a credit towards additional services in the new term. Please note that credits cannot exceed the value of one project and must be applied within the first three months of the renewal year.
